Annual property tax (ENFIA) typically ranges from €200–€500 for units in this price range.

Yes. The Golden Visa covers the main applicant, their spouse or partner, and dependent children under 21. Parents of the investor may also qualify under certain conditions.

Do I need to live in Greece?
