What happens on the day
Experience one of the most colorful and comprehensive tours of southern Mexico City! Start in Coyoacán, the “place of coyotes,” where our local guide will tell you about its history and traditions. Enjoy free time to stroll through the streets, visit the market, or have a light breakfast on your own. Afterwards, we will head to Ciudad Universitaria, UNAM's main campus and a World Heritage Site. There you'll discover the impressive murals in the Rectory and the Central Library, which narrate key passages in Mexican history through art. We end the tour in Xochimilco, the famous “place of flowers,” where you will learn about its pre-Hispanic roots and sail aboard a traditional trajinera through its canals.
